New Mexico Speech and Occupational Therapy Providers

Speech and occupational therapy give children, teens, and adults the tools to communicate, move, and function with more confidence — whether that means finding the right words, steadying a shaky gait, or managing sensory overload in a loud classroom or busy workplace. Our New Mexico clinicians build a plan around the person in front of them, not a generic protocol.

Katherin Oigbokie, CCC-SLP

Speech-Language Pathologist

Katherin is a speech-language pathologist with 12+ years of experience across schools, private practice, teletherapy, and medical settings. Based in San Antonio, she works with pediatric and adult clients on feeding, orofacial myofunctional needs, and cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.

What speech therapy looks like:

  • Articulation: producing speech sounds clearly
  • Expressive language: finding the words to say what you mean
  • Receptive language: understanding what others are communicating
  • Fluency: stuttering and cluttering
  • Oral-motor control, feeding, and swallowing
  • Cognitive-communication support, including recovery after stroke or brain injury
  • Augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) for those who need another way to express themselves

What occupational therapy helps with:

  • Fine motor skills: grasping, handwriting, manipulating small objects
  • Gross motor skills and coordination
  • Sensory processing and regulation: responses to touch, movement, and sound
  • Visual-motor integration: hand-eye coordination, copying shapes
  • Self-care and independent living skills: dressing, feeding, hygiene
  • Return-to-function support after an injury, surgery, or illness
  • Engagement in school, work, and everyday routines

Our core principles

Care that meets you where you are. Our clinicians deliver therapy in whichever setting works best for your schedule and comfort — at home, in a clinic, or online. We believe access shouldn't be the hardest part of getting care.

Insurance-first, no surprises. We check your coverage before your first session and give you a clear cost estimate up front, so there's no guesswork about what you'll pay.

A plan built around you. Every client works with a clinician who tailors goals, pacing, and methods to their specific strengths and challenges, not a one-size-fits-all program.
